Returns are offered for a 7 day money back or 30 day store credit. Products must be unblemished and in original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons some products are only returnable if defective or unopened. Clearance items, lesson payments and sheet music are only returnable for store credit. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Delivery & Store Pickup: You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must select that option during checkout. You'll need to provide the pickup person's name and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store. When school delivery is selected a Middlesex Music Academy employee will deliver your order directly to your school office or band room within one week of purchase. Please provide the students name so that the teacher knows who it's for! __________________________________________________________________________________________ Lesson Program Terms and Conditions: Lesson fees are $30 per half hour and require a monthly commitment. Payment is due upon your initial scheduling of the first lesson and is repeated the same day each month (Ex: If you sign up for lessons on September 15th and the lesson is scheduled on Wednesday's, we will count how many Wednesdays between September 15th and October 15th and bill that amount in advance.) Failure to present payment on time may result in the loss of your weekly time slot. Lessons will be scheduled for the same time and day once per week. We will hold that day and time strictly for your lesson. If you are planning on missing a lesson for any reason, we must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of that lesson. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of the teacher. No refunds or credits will be given for scheduled lessons that are canceled by students or parents. Make up lessons will be offered for lessons that are canceled with a 24 hour notice. Makeup lessons must be used within 30 days or they will expire. Exceptions and make up lessons will be made at the teacher's discretion. If a make-up lesson is canceled, it will not be rescheduled or credited. In the case of the teacher's absence the student or parent may reschedule a missed lesson for another time or the teacher may provide a credit the next month. If a student misses two consecutive lessons without notifying the teacher, the student may lose their current time slot. To continue lessons, the student must pay for the missed lessons and reschedule their weekly time and day. At times, we may need a 10-minute window on either side of your scheduled lesson time. This guarantees that every student will receive his or her full half hour lesson. Please take notice of the following dates, there will be no lessons and therefore you will not be charged. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Lessons may be canceled at any time.
