The following instruments are a great choice for beginner players of any age. A popular choice for many schools and music services, a high durability and good performance instrument is key to a students success.

Flute
Student Flutes

The metals that they are made out of and their precision of manufacturing can greatly affect how a flute performs and sounds. The John Packer JP011 is a great budget friendly option that we offer. This beginner model is very capable of supporting new students though the lower grades. The JP010CH is an option for smaller students with a shorter reach.
The Gemeinhardt 2SP is considered an advanced student flute. It is constructed with better quality metals and pads which increases the quality and longevity of the instrument. Though this increases the cost, the Gemeinhardt 2SP will sound better and is capable of taking a student through high school.

The PBONE is another fine option. It is entirely made of plastic but DOES play and sound like a trombone! Please ask your teacher before choosing this option.
